- Pray more.
- Read your Bible every day - it will give you new perspective.
- Teach your children something everyday (maybe refer to the book you are reading)
- Spend more quality time with your family.
- Help somebody in some small way.
- Spend your money more wisely - its just like giving yourself a raise in pay.
- Watch less television (and play fewer video games)
- Read a book a month - you'll be surprised what you learn.
- Run thirty minutes a day (if you don't think you can do that, buy a mean dog and put a pork chop in your back pocket, but run, walk, exercise some how or another.)
- Eat less sugar - sugar makes people fat and sluggish - low carb diets, duh - that's not a new thing.
